Self pressurized liquid nitrogen replenishment tank is usually used as a supporting device for liquid nitrogen biological container, liquid nitrogen refrigerator and laboratory cold source.

Details of pressurization of self pressurized liquid nitrogen make-up tank:

1. To pressurize the tank, close the drain valve and drain valve before opening the booster valve. Observe the pressure gauge and stop when it indicates 0.05Mpa

2. When the pressure increases to 0.02 MPa, the liquid can be drained. If only a small amount of liquid nitrogen is needed, it is not necessary to open the booster valve; when continuous liquid drainage is needed, the booster valve should be opened at the same time.

3. When the container is full of liquid nitrogen (about 20 seconds for pressurization to 0.05 MPa; 1 minute for 3 / 4 sales of liquid nitrogen; 8 minutes for 0.05 MPa when 1 / 4 of liquid nitrogen storage). With the decrease of liquid nitrogen in the container, the time required for pressurization will increase.

4. After the booster valve is opened, there are several frosts on the lower part of the shell. This is not a fault, but a normal phenomenon of the container.

Operating instructions for self pressurized liquid nitrogen make-up tank:

1. If the bending radius of drain metal hose should not be too small to avoid damaging the hose;

2. The vessel surface shall not be welded again;

3. Due to the technical specialty involved in this product, if any fault is found, contact the after-sales service of our company in a timely manner, and disassemble it by yourself;

4. When it is found that the plug of liquid nitrogen injection port is frozen, it can be thawed by drying for a while or blowing with electric blower for a while;

5. No foreign matter is allowed to enter the screw plug. If the plug is lost, you can't buy it by yourself. Please contact our company after-sales service to provide you with the special plug from the pressurized liquid nitrogen tank.
