The liquid nitrogen tank used in laboratory is mainly used for nitrogen supplement of instruments in scientific research institutions such as universities and research institutes, or directly used to store experimental specimens. The diameter of liquid nitrogen tank is slightly larger than that of specimens to be stored.

Troubleshooting of liquid nitrogen tank for laboratory use:

1. When the gas continuously exhausts through the safety valve, it may be that the safety valve fails or the heat is too much leaked. Please take out the container or discharge the exhaust port to a well ventilated place, release the gas through the exhaust valve, and then check whether the lower safety valve is frozen. If there is no problem, please contact the manufacturer;

2. When the safety relief valve is used, the exhaust phenomenon may be caused by the setting point on the regulator exceeding the safety relief valve setting. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the setting value of the pressure regulator and contact the manufacturer in time;

3. When the safety relief valve exhausts intermittently, the gas generated due to heat leakage into the cylinder will cause the head pressure to rise. This is a normal phenomenon. Please open the window to provide a ventilation environment for the container.
